Our Executive Chef, Eddy Guillemain, a culinary maestro trained at France’s esteemed Grégoire Ferrandie culinary school, was inspired to create Little Delice from a personal quest – ensuring his daughter, a picky eater, enjoys healthy and delicious meals. With 15 years of global culinary experience across Asia, Europe, and the Western Hemisphere, he’s witnessed firsthand the need for sustainable and nourishing food sources.

His approach is to treat each child’s lunch as a ‘restaurant for one,’ meticulously balancing flavors, calories, and nutrients to foster stronger, smarter, and healthier young minds.
